Sola legal and compliance team operates as an independent department located in Nitra, Slovakia. It has been developed as a natural solution for legal services. Since 2011 the legal and compliance services focus on finding solutions to support clients.

The objective and designed structure of law division is to serve clients with legal consultancy services by the team of lawyers consisting of qualified professionals. Comprehensive legal and compliance back-office support is the main goal of the first-class legal service provided. According to client’s instruc­tions the company concentrates on tasks with aim to help strengthen the client’s position on the market. Our clients can rely on the services provided complexly: support and guidance on distribution agreements, assistance with goods sold under our corporate brands as well as advising on trademark and intellectual property issues.

Having its own creative team Sola Switzerland develops all the projects in house. New design of porcelain and cutlery, new packaging solutions, kitchen and tableware design are introduced on exhibitions around the world.

To maintain novelty and originality Sola Switzerland registers its brands internationally. Due to the registration of designs and trademarks, these can be recognized quite easily. The benefit of the registration is that the trademarks and designs can not be misused easily.
